Concrete Labourer

This position requires a positive attitude towards maintaining high standards of work ethics with the successful applicant being able to work on challenging projects with a great team. Key Responsibilities We are seeking concrete labourers to carry out a variety of manual labouring tasks including: General labouring duties including wheel barrowing and shovelling. Assist with the set out and installation of formwork, boxing, and levels for concrete pours. Assist with carrying out concreting works including form, pour, and place concrete lintels, form steel and pour concrete pits and structures, form and pour kerb etc. Mix, place, screed, and finish, concrete using appropriate tools and techniques under the supervision of a concreter Use of all tools associated with concreting We Are Looking For Someone Who Has Previous experience in the construction industry, specifically concreting (highly desirable) Work with a team and also independently Physically able to perform the duties of the role Strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards and practices A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative A valid Construction White Card Ability to travel to the Yard (Narellan) or site Working rights in Australia Working safely and complying with all site safety standards Tools of the Trade: Access to the latest technology, tools and equipment to help you work efficiently and productively.
