About the Role Raeco is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our warehouse and logistics operations. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager, this key leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse performance, stock procurement, managing freight and logistics, and maintaining high service standards across all operational activities. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage warehouse staff to meet KPIs and performance goals. Oversee logistics, freight costing, and project installations. Coordinate deliveries for library fit-out projects with the Logistics Coordinator. Drive process improvement across warehouse and logistics operations. Manage stock control, better buying, and annual stocktakes. Build strong relationships with freight carrier partners. Manage the Purchasing Department and Supplier relationships. Monitor, analyse, and report on departmental KPIs. Ensure compliance with QA, OH&S, and company policies. About You You are a motivated and organised leader with a hands-on approach and a commitment to operational excellence. You take ownership of your responsibilities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Skills and Experience Proven team management experience in warehouse or logistics environments. Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Solid computer literacy and familiarity with logistics systems. Ability to work autonomously and prioritise effectively. Understanding of QA and OH&S standards (WorkSafe). Commitment to continuous improvement and customer service excellence. Personal Attributes Professional and approachable demeanor.
