Our hotel boasts a variety of Food & Beverage offerings, including breakfast in our Courtyard Restaurant, all‑day dining in Olims Bar & Bistro, in‑room dining, a bottle shop, room service, minibar and three conference & event spaces, as well as Canberra’s largest mobile meat smoker. Job Description We are looking for someone who has a friendly, customer‑focused attitude with a passion to exceed guest expectations. This is a casual role, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Managers. Responsibilities Assisting the Food & Beverage Department across all outlets including: Courtyard Restaurant, Olims Bar & Bistro, Bottle Shop, Room Service, Minibar and Conference & Events. Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests. Greeting & welcoming guests, assisting with enquiries & restaurant bookings, and assisting guests with menu offerings & maximizing sales opportunities through product knowledge. Set up & pack down of conference rooms. Qualifications A friendly, self‑motivated personality with the ability to work within a team.
