Pancho's Mexican Villa Restaurant has NOW opened in Fremantle with a BANG We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Venue Manager to join our team. This is a full‑time position with key shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. A day in the life of an Assistant Manager: Motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine and 'local' guest experience Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives and day to day pub and restaurant operations Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop & drive marketing initiatives Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun, passion and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to come as they are Qualifications About you: You have great hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast‑paced environment You have contagious passion when it comes to the guest experience and to inspire, coach and develop your team Requirements At least 2 years' experience in a similar role. Minimum 2 years' experience in venue or operations management role within the hospitality industry. Proven ability to manage busy services (200+ covers). In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Current Approved Manager qualifications Valid liquor licence qualification as part of Approved Manager requirements.
