About You You’re a physio who: Wants part‑time flexibility but is still keen to make a big impact Enjoys both private MSK/occupational work and community‑based therapy Brings a solutions‑focused mindset and is confident in building lasting relationships Has the initiative to contribute to the growth of in‑clinic services The Role Manage a diverse caseload including MSK clients, occupational health assessments, WorkCover rehab , and community NDIS participants Conduct in‑clinic assessments and treatments (WorkCover, return‑to‑work, musculoskeletal injuries and NDIS) Deliver NDIS therapy in the community or home (neurological, physical disabilities) Collaborate with participants, families, and support coordinators Help grow the clinic’s private practice stream and shape future service delivery Enjoy a mix of clinic‑based and mobile/community‑based work Our Values We Get Sh*t Done We are People People Love What You Do Frankly, we Give a Damn We Value Ourselves We Back You We’re committed to helping you grow as a clinician or as a leader yourself.
