As Showroom & Design Manager you’ll be responsible for launching, growing, and inspiring your team in this exciting new retail space. You’ll deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage operations seamlessly, and build trusted relationships with both retail and trade customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service and exceed sales targets. Drive local sales initiatives and promotional activities aligned with company strategy. Manage day-to-day operations: stock levels, inventory, and loss prevention. Ensure compliance with Work, Health & Safety standards. Engage and develop your team through coaching, training, and ongoing feedback. Manage both retail and trade customer orders (in-store, online, and phone). Establish and maintain a strong customer-focused culture in a brand-new environment. What youll bring: Proven experience as a Store Manager (retail, trade, or service industries). Background in flooring, hardware, building, or bathroom ware (advantageous). Strong leadership and coaching ability with a people-first mindset. Track record of achieving and exceeding sales and margin targets. Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Business development or trade customer experience highly regarded.
