We’re now looking for a Retail & Beverage Co-ordinator to support the daily operations of the Catering & Retail department ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and logistical coordination. The Retail & Beverage Co-ordinator will be responsible for assisting with inventory management, product ordering, assisting in driving revenue growth, and providing administrative support for both retail and beverage operations. About the Role As the Retail & Beverage Coordinator at Qudos Bank Arena, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our catering, retail, and merchandise operations run seamlessly during Australia’s biggest concerts, sporting events, and live experiences. This is an entry‑level hands‑on role where you’ll balance logistics, staff coordination, and guest satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do Catering Operations : Oversee the set‑up, operation, and pack‑down of retail outlets, ensuring they’re fully stocked, staffed, and prepared for each event. Staff Leadership : Assist with rostering, briefing, and supervising casual staff, while supporting training and inductions. Inventory & Stock Control : Coordinate ordering, distribution, and monthly stocktakes, while monitoring maintenance and cleanliness across outlets. Beverage & Sales Strategy : Support menu updates, pricing, promotions, and implement sales strategies that drive revenue. Merchandise Management : Assist with merchandise set‑up, display, reconciliation, and operational responsibilities during events. Compliance & Safety : Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), HACCP protocols, and Arena WHS standards are upheld at all times. Emergency Readiness : Be prepared to act in line with fire and emergency procedures, ensuring guest and staff safety.
