Location: South Brighton, South Australia, 5048 Job type: Full‑time, Permanent Closing date: Dec 10 2025 About The Role The Home Manager at Calvary Brighton leads a multidisciplinary team comprised of clinical and support roles, ensuring holistic care within the home and partnering with residents, families and carers to meet individual needs and goals. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively and cooperatively with Calvary’s Vision and Mission, creating a resident‑centric culture that treats everyone as an individual. Drive the performance of the home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, organisational policies and financial performance. Develop and maintain key relationships with external parties such as GPs, allied health professionals, contractors and the local community. Promote a strong diversity culture and advance age‑living through innovation, clinical practice, hospitality and design. About You Registered Nurse with AHPRA (no restrictions or conditions). Minimum 5 years of experience in aged care or equivalent healthcare management. Adept at building rapport and maintaining professional relationships. Deep understanding of the aged care sector, identifying trends and ensuring best practice. Effective listener and communicator, with strong presentation skills. Clear thinker with lateral problem‑solving skills, able to translate complex ideas into actionable plans. Capable of multitasking, prioritising, delegating and managing the delegation process to ensure quality outcomes. Sound operational knowledge of industry computerised systems and willingness to learn new systems. Ability to manage HR issues with negotiation skills.
