About The Role We have a fantastic opportunity in our Tenterfield Retail Store for an experienced, enthusiastic, organised and self‑starter to join our team on a permanent part‑time basis. The hours of work are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and every second Saturday from 8:00 am to 11:30 am. Your Day‑to‑day Activities Will Include Provide agricultural advisory and sales service to clients and build business partnerships with our customer base through the provision of sound technical advice. Proactively source new customers to achieve branch KPI’s and sales targets. Inventory management, including ordering, receipting, stocktake and dispatch. Processing of sales and generating quotes. Delivering products to customers. About You You will need to be enthusiastic and self‑motivated, with great customer service and sales experience (experience within the Ag Industry, highly desirable). Able to meet deadlines whilst balancing a range of work and have a keen interest in an agricultural environment. Skills and Experience Required Strong customer service experience. Experience in sales from within the Agri industry (highly desirable). Experience working in a rural retail and warehousing environment (highly desirable). Demonstrated understanding of the rural industry. Technical skills in Agricultural Science, Animal Health or Agronomy – an advantage. Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office, POS and administration skills. Physically fit to perform the manual handling aspects of the role. A strong focus on Work Health & Safety.
