We are on the hunt for an amazing Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in our flagship Store on High Street, Armadale. We are looking for a Sales Assistant who loves fashion, with a keen eye for styling and can play an essential role in providing our customers with a memorable shopping experience. About the company Wanderluxe Sleepwear is an Australian brand of luxury sleepwear and loungewear based in Melbourne. We pride ourselves on superior quality, luxurious fabrics and aim to provide our customers with timeless sleepwear. We are stocked in major department stores, luxury boutiques, lifestyle stores and 5 Star Hotels across Australia and New Zealand. Key Responsibilities 10-15 hours per week consistent hours (2-3 days per week) with the potential to negotiate more hours Deliver exceptional customer service that enhances the in-store experience Provide personalised styling and product recommendations Respond professionally to all customer emails and enquiries Prepare and dispatch online and in-store pickup orders Liaise with courier partners to resolve delivery issues Maintain communication with retail partners (David Jones, Myer, The Iconic) on order fulfilment Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy Receive and process stock deliveries Maintain a clean, organised and functional back-of-house environment Assist with photoshoots and brand projects (steaming, preparation, setup) Provide general support to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications and Requirements MUST have retail fashion experience preferably 2+ years Excellent customer service skills with strong attention to detail An ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously A proficiency in receiving & fulfilling stock requirements Be available on weekends and school holidays Experience in the sleepwear industry is preferred but not essential as training will be provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
