This advanced nursing role provides clinical leadership, expert guidance and high-quality care across gynaecology, urology, urogynaecology and plastics. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving abilities and a commitment to patient-centred care. As a Clinical Nurse , you will play a key role in mentoring staff, supporting education programmes and contributing to ongoing quality improvement across the ward. This permanent part-time role offers 45 hours per fortnight. About the Opportunity Join a collaborative, patient-focused team and act as a clinical resource across urology and renal care. Responsibilities Provide expert knowledge in urology, gynaecology, plastics and urogynaecology Foster a positive, supportive and cohesive team culture Supervise, guide and develop clinical staff Contribute to orientation, in-service education and competency programmes Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives Your Skills and Experience You will be a strong communicator and supportive mentor who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. Requirements Current registration with AHPRA. Minimum five years of acute post‑graduate nursing experience. Extensive experience in urology, gynaecology, plastics or related specialties. Ability to work a rotating roster, including on‑call. Strong understanding of the National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a designated portfolio. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Understanding of accreditation processes and quality frameworks. Previous experience in a Clinical Nurse role. Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months. According to the role, Ramsay may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
