In our 36 years of operation, we have achieved great success and we are about to get a whole lot bigger About the opportunity Stepping in as the Waste & Sustainability Coordinator at Tradeflex, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring programs that reduce waste, improve recycling and resource recovery, and support broader organisational sustainability goals. This role drives initiatives that promote environmental responsibility, operational efficiency, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This role will act as a conduit between key stakeholders for Commercial contracts to identify sustainable solutions that are fit for purpose, engage and educate clients on sustainable cleaning and operate as the key point of contact for all ESG initiatives within the Company. Located in the vibrant neighbourhood of South Yarra, our office location is within easy walking distance from the South Yarra station and trams. What do we like about you? You have a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, business management, or a related field (advanced qualifications are a plus). With proven experience in ESG management, corporate sustainability, and programs like waste management or recycling, you bring: Strong project management, data analysis, and reporting skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability standards Strategic, analytical thinking with initiative and innovation A collaborative, results-driven approach and passion for environmental advocacy What you are going to love here?
