SHV Wholesalers is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team based in North Hobart, TAS. As our Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of goods to our valued customers in Hobart. What You'll Be Doing Picking and packing customer orders Driving a medium rigid truck Safely driving a medium rigid truck to transport goods to various locations Adhering to delivery schedules and routes to ensure prompt arrival at customer sites Carefully loading, unloading and securing goods during transportation Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with customers Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and any issues that may arise Complying with all relevant road traffic laws and company policies and procedures What We're Looking For A current, valid medium rigid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar transportation role Strong customer service and communication skills Good teamwork Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills A commitment to safety and a proactive approach to risk management Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of the best routes What We Offer At SHV, we value our employees and strive to provide a supportive and rewarding work environment.
