Why Join Us Hybrid done right: A balanced mix of clinic, community, and work‑from‑home True flexibility: Minimum three days per week, with ADO options (up to 12 extra days off annually) Multidisciplinary collaboration with OTs, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and other clinicians Professional development: Two paid CPD days per year, regular supervision, and ongoing peer support A culture that puts people first: wellbeing programs, Fitness Passport access, approachable leadership What You’ll Do Conduct assessments and deliver evidence‑informed interventions Develop and implement goal‑based therapy plans aligned with NDIS or other funding goals Collaborate with families, carers, and support networks to build functional capacity Work flexibly across home, school, community, and remote settings Manage your schedule and admin from home with local clients and minimal travel What You’ll Bring Degree in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and proactive communication skills A genuine passion for empowering people with disability Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, current Driver’s Licence, and unrestricted working rights in Australia Ready to Take the Next Step?
