We’re seeking skilled automotive refinishers (spray painters) The roles require skilled and qualified automotive refinishers that can produce a standard of finish as close to OEM standard as possible. Key responsibilities : Proven expertise in automotive refinishing including colour matching paint blending and mixing skills are required despite the level of technology provided Familiarity with modern water and solvent based paints Strong attention to detail time management and problem-solving skills Ability to use advanced spray equipment and tools that achieve showroom-quality results Maintain a clean efficient workspace while adhering to safety and quality protocols Collaborate with others to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional customer outcomes Essential requirements Willingness to relocate to Australia Relevant NZ / Australian trade qualification in spray painting / automotive refinishing or equivalent international certification. A high standard of refinishing experience is also required NZ citizenship OR eligibility for an Australian Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417 / 462) Contact us for visa criteria.
