Salary & Location $90k - $115k Package Sydney CBD Location - WFH and highly flexible work arrangements (option for a 9-day fortnight and / or part-time hours) Top 10 internationally networked firm, in a specialist advisory focused team My client is a high reputable and established Top 10 firm with a global network, and a number of offices across Australia & New Zealand. Some of their key service lines include business advisory, taxation, consulting, audit, risk and wealth management. They provide these solutions for a broad range of individuals, businesses, government organisations and institutions. They are now recruiting an exciting opportunity for their Advisory and Consulting team based in Sydney CBD. This role will work under an impressive Partner who has a strong background in specialist advisory roles. He has a close-knit team underneath him which includes 3 Senior Managers, 1 Junior Manager, and several Senior and Intermediate Accountants. The portfolio of this team is strongly geared towards trading entities and includes clientele from the government and public sector, overseas entities, large privately held businesses, as well as family groups. While providing a base in compliance the work is extremely varied, adapting to the needs of each clients, and can include project work in VCFO, financial modelling, pricing reviews, documentation and system implementation. This position will offer a true 70 / 30 split of compliance and advisory / consulting work. This is an ideal role for someone who has built a foundation in compliance work and is now craving a more varied and challenging role.You will have the opportunity to leverage off the teams expertise to take your accounting career to the next level. Key duties will include : Preparation of complex financial statements and income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, SMEs and large multinational groups Providing advice to clients on business structuring, asset protection and estate planning strategies Work on advisory projects in the areas of budgets and cashflows, KPI dashboards and management reporting Assist with the firms V-CFO offering, developing business and succession plans financial models, benchmarking and pricing analyses.
