Role Overview At NPR Law, we specialise in providing legal services in property law and resumption matters. Our team has extensive experience in navigating the complex legal landscape of property law and helping clients navigate resumption matters. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join our legal team on a full‑time basis. Qualifications Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal within Queensland Experience running conveyancing files from start to finish autonomously Ability to balance workspaces and prepare settlement statements and cheque directions with ease Experience handling simultaneous settlements Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail The ability to handle a busy workload whilst ensuring that tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal The ability to work independently, using initiative Advanced PEXA skills Experience using Leap an advantage Responsibilities Managing client matters from commencement to completion Coordinating exchange of contracts and settlements Liaising with clients, banks, solicitors, real estate agents and other stakeholders in relation to purchase and sale of both residential and commercial properties Calculation of settlement figures Booking settlements File management within Leap SoftwareOperating within the PEXA platform.
