About the Role You will work across both quantitative and qualitative research, delivering bespoke and tracking projects that explore everything from market sentiment to client experience to emerging consumer behaviours. Expect a balance of structured tracking studies and fascinating deep-dive strategic work. Key Responsibilities Manage projects end-to-end, from brief to delivery Engage with clients to understand their objectives and offer consultative guidance Design and execute qualitative research (discussion guides, interviews, focus groups) Design and analyse quantitative surveys, including large-scale investor and adviser sentiment studies Transform data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations Create client-ready reports, presentations, and written content Present findings to clients and support strategic conversations Contribute to thought leadership, white papers, industry content and multimedia pieces. What are we looking for? 2+ years' experience in a research agency or consultancy Strong qualitative and/or quantitative research skills Ability to turn data into actionable insights Excellent written and verbal communication skills Interest in finance, markets and consumer behaviour Highly organised, self-driven and confident managing multiple projects.
