This fast‑paced unit plays a critical role in facilitating safe, efficient, and patient‑centred discharges. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you’ll help ensure patients transition smoothly from hospital to home or community care. What We're Looking For Demonstrated clinical experience in acute care or discharge planning Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment Commitment to person‑centred care and continuous improvement What You'll Be Doing The Enrolled Nurse works with the registered nurse or midwife as part of the health care team and demonstrates competence in the provision of safe, compassionate, quality person‑centred care. Current Authority to Practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2), General with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
