As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of a prominent water infrastructure project, from initial concept to final commissioning. The position is site based, Karratha based person preferred or FIFO from Perth. The position is open to candidates outside of Western Australia. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will be responsible for managing resources, budgets and schedules to meet project goals, while ensuring full compliance with industry standards, client requirements and environmental regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee projects from initial stages to commissioning and final handover. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, scopes and schedules using tools such as MS Project. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align objectives and deliver on client expectations. Track project performance, budget, address risks and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Lead quality assurance efforts, resolve non-conformance issues and drive continuous improvement. Mentor and inspire project teams to consistently achieve exceptional outcomes and assist in promoting a safety culture to the team. You must have Experience leading a team. Previous experience with water infrastructure projects. Previous background in piping systems and welding of pipelines. Previous experience with construction of MSCL pipework desirable but not essential. Educational Background: Hold an Engineering Degree in either Civil or Mechanical Engineering. Qualifications Minimum of 7 years managing infrastructure projects, preferably within mining and water sector. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project) and familiarity with engineering software. Strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
