Our applications support over 800 integrations into POS solutions. We have built our reputation through seamless integration of payment terminals and POS systems and are continuing to innovate in creating a terminal and acquirer independent payment solicitor for in‑store. Our clients include major banks and retailers such as Woolworths, David Jones, JB Hi‑Fi, and Bunnings. Our goal is to continuously lead the payments industry with new technology delivering value to clients, which who include merchants, banks, acquirers and POS vendors, expanding our presence into other regions. JOB SUMMARY As a Commercial Analyst at Linkly, your primary focus will be to support research, analytics and synthesizing results to create high‑quality, client‑ready materials to drive growth for the Commercial / Go To Market team. You bring clarity and strategic thinking to complex market information, helping senior leaders articulate Linkly’s value, performance, and strategic direction to external stakeholders. Your work enables confident, well‑informed conversations with banks by translating data, trends, and industry intelligence into compelling narratives. Working closely with Product, Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, and Technology teams, you ensure Linkly’s external‑facing materials are grounded in a strong understanding of customer needs, competitive positioning, and payments performance drivers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Research and analyse payments industry trends across online, in‑store and emerging channels. Analyse market size, segmentation, and the competitive landscape, and translate research findings into clear summaries, briefing notes, and presentations. Create and iterate presentations, briefing packs, and background documents ensuring they are tailored for senior external stakeholders, balancing insight, clarity and commercial relevance. Analyse high‑level performance and adoption trends and work with internal teams to present key metrics through simple insights and visuals. Support GTM initiatives by providing market insights, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning, and deliver structured narratives to aid bank engagement, key account discussions, and enterprise sales opportunities. Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks that may impact Linkly’s strategy and client conversations. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 2+ years in an analytical role, preferably Professional Services 2+ years working on visual presentations in PowerPoint / Canva / similar Proven ability to synthesise data and research into clear, executive‑ready presentations and written materials for enterprise level audience Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to structure, storytelling, and visual presentation Experience in B2B marketing or GTM analytics preferred Exposure to technology and or payments companies preferred BEHAVIOURS & VALUES Act like an owner – take accountability and think commercially.
