Rheinmetall Defence Australia – Brisbane QLD The RDA Training Delivery Team are a cohesive group, dedicated to contributing positively to Australia’s Defence capability. Operating out of our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence, the team deliver a number of training packages to the Commonwealth of Australia (CoA) in relation to our delivered platforms. About the Role The Training Delivery Specialist will be responsible for conducting the Development and Implementation phases of Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) framework. Working closely with our Customer (CoA), the Training Deliver Specialist will be responsible for providing both the introduction Into Use and Introduction Into Service training packages. Some of your daily tasking will include: Delivering maintainer training on RDA platforms to the Customer; Supervision of trainees during the conduct of maintenance training, ensuring safety for all participants; Compliance with the requirements of the Learning Management Packages (LMP) and Training Program; Contribute to RDA conferences, meetings and activities associated with the training sub-program including the review of maintenance training deliverables; Maintaining effective and robust working relationships with members of the RDA Project, Engineering, ILS and Training Teams; and Other duties as designated by your line manager. The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40110); Proven experience maintaining electronic weapon systems, specifically from European manufacturers; Trade qualified Electronics and Communications technician (minimum Cert III in Electronics and Communications or equivalent) In-Depth knowledge of Adult Learning principles; Ability to travel and work in remote locations; and Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
