In 2023, we invested $80 million to introduce a new multi‑size can line, and in 2025 we are expanding further with investments in packaging decoration and high‑speed digital printing, including the installation of a state‑of‑the‑art Velox Digital Printer – the first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere. This role offers long‑term stability and career growth as we meet increasing customer demand. The Role As an Electrical Operator you will operate production equipment, maintain machinery, and support site objectives in Production, Quality, and Spoilage. You will work a 12‑hour rotating shift (7 am‑7 pm & 7 pm‑7 am) reporting to the Shift Manager. Responsibilities Conduct preventive maintenance of factory equipment and machinery. Disassemble, assess, repair, and reassemble machines and components. Respond to machine breakdowns and take corrective action promptly. Operate production machinery according to site requirements. Troubleshoot machines by assessing issues and estimating repair duration. Use tools such as MEX, log books, PM check sheets, schematic drawings, sketches, diagrams, and technical manuals. Connect services where required. Suggest areas of improvement and participate in improvement opportunities. Demonstrate exemplary safety ethic and lead by example in health, safety and wellbeing standards. Qualifications Electrical Trade Certificate; Advanced Certificate welcomed. Experience in manufacturing, high‑speed, 24/7 production environments. Maintenance experience: preventive and corrective maintenance systems. Understanding of mechanical systems, motors, pumps, conveyors, compressors, and air systems. Commitment to safety, health, and the environment.
