Overview Recruitment Advisor - Underground Mining KCA Site Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Recruiter or ex-operator to join our Underground Recruitment team. About the Role You'll take the lead on sourcing, assessing, and placing skilled personnel across blue-collar underground mining working with our extensive list of valued clients to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes across WA mining, civil, manufacturing and haulage sectors. This is a role for someone who knows the WA mining labour market, understands urgency, and enjoys building strong relationships with candidates while delivering results. Responsibilities Drive recruitment for underground mining roles Build strong pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and industry engagement. Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality placements. Work closely with our Mobilisation Team to ensure smooth onboarding. Leverage our Business Development resources to maintain and grow your portfolio without carrying the full BD load. Conduct interviews, pre-employment checks, reference checks and candidate compliance. Maintain accurate candidate and job data within our ATS. Provide exceptional candidate care from application to mobilisation. What You Bring Proven recruitment or onsite operational experience within the mining sector Strong networks across WA mining / resources. High-level communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment. Team player with the drive to achieve results and contribute to a winning culture. Solid computer literacy and organisational skills.
