About the Program You will be exposed to many facets of sustainability, architecture and design, from working through design detailing with Project Leaders, to participating in sustainability workshops. Working on a variety of projects from large scale mixed use to hospitality or workplace, you will be nurtured, mentored and coached by senior, talented industry leaders. Our approach to your professional growth will give you scope to align career development to your own individual career aspirations. Graduates can expect that the Program will significantly develop their knowledge, technical skills and passion for the discipline. We are open to candidates in both Melbourne and Sydney. About you Impact Futures is seeking graduates in Sustainability. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following: Academic excellence and achievement — Master of Sustainability or Bachelor of Sustainability (or equivalent) with a Credit average or above (for Interior Designers) Energy and passion for the discipline with evidence of an innovative and curious approach A portfolio showcasing your delivery process, key projects, and technical skills relevant to sustainability design or sustainable development Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A client‑oriented approach Ability to work within a collaborative team environment while also demonstrating initiative and independence. This may be reflected through examples from your extracurricular involvement and/or work experience Exposure to carbon assessments, climate assessments, building physics, nature and ecology, social impact assessments Previous exposure to an sustainability practice How to Apply Please submit your up‑to‑date resume including a portfolio link via our LinkedIn post.
