We’re looking for a Complaints & Resolution Specialist to investigate, resolve, and respond to escalated complaints with precision and empathy—helping us improve member outcomes and reduce complaint volumes. What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end complaint resolution within legislative timeframes. Provide clear, high-quality written responses to members, employers, and clients. Identify systemic issues and drive process improvements for better experiences. Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance and deliver service excellence. What You Bring Strong superannuation knowledge and complaints handling experience. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to manage ambiguity, meet deadlines, and deliver results. A continuous improvement mindset with attention to detail and risk awareness. Why Join Us?
