The

Director, Cross Asset Solutions

– Institutional Corporate Australia will enable the execution of the Sales strategic priorities in alignment with the Australia Markets Sales strategy and in co-ordination with partners in Australia Institutional Relationship. This role will support the cross-asset centre of expertise across our asset classes for Australian Institutional Corporate. The role will be responsible for the financial results of the Australian Institutional Corporate salesforce, from driving new products, relationships and augmenting cross-sell. The individual will be actively involved in leveraging the sales leaders across FX, Rates, Options and Structuring to deliver seamless execution for our clients.Banking is changing and we’re changing with it, giving our people great opportunities to try new things, learn and grow. What will your day look like?

Enable customer initiatives in Australia, collaboration with relationship to foster revenue growth (active account management) and enhance efficiency throughout the various customer segments and across asset classes.Create opportunities, working in conjunction with traders and regional heads to identify and effectively cross-sell productDeliver revenues in Australian Institutional Corporate & Sales to reflect Market Australia’s Institutional priorities through new product build, targeted customer solutions delivered through detailed account planning, cross-sell, customer acquisition and client service.Implementing comprehensive cross-asset sales pipeline to support Markets' ambition to retain and grow to #1 Ranking for in the Peter Lee Australia Corporate Rates and FX Surveys.Grow the number of multi-product clients in Australian Institutional Corporate sales as part of the key cross-asset impact.Support Head of Cross-Asset Solutions, Institutional Corporate sales in oversight and monitoring of the Risk Culture programme taking specific accountability for initiatives/actions as required.What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Significant sales experience across client categories and product linesDeep external networkDemonstrated expertise in leadership of a dynamic team who work in a high-pressure environmentStrong knowledge of Markets business and productsHigh level of financial experience with deep connectivity and Sales experience with key Australian CorporatesAbility to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, influence and collaborate with cross functional teams and across the ANZ network.
