In addition, the role supports prioritisation, planning and reporting of corporate projects, conducts research, and drives implementation of business improvement initiatives. This involves research and engagement with stakeholders to understand business objectives and the operating environment. It also involves defining project objectives, translating them into actionable plans, and ensuring that project deliverables are completed on time, within budget and according to scope. About You We’re looking for someone who has project experience, ideally related to corporate services, including support for project delivery, prioritisation, planning, conducting research, and driving implementation of business improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator who displays initiative and has demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships, including with senior stakeholders. You will be someone who establishes clear plans and delivers against these plans, responds positively to change and uncertainty, and champions collaboration. As a leader of change, you will embrace and exemplify the values and leadership behaviours. You are required to demonstrate personal accountability for delivering excellence and support your team and agency in achieving strategic goals.
