Full-time, on-site role. The Opportunity This strategic and operational role is central to planning, allocating, and managing space and facilities across the Faculty. You will lead space-related projects, shape the Faculty's accommodation strategy, and provide expert advice to senior Faculty stakeholders including the Faculty Executive Director, Deputy Faculty Executive Director, Senior Management Team, Heads of School, and School Managers. You will collaborate with Schools and Estate Management to support building planning proposals and develop space strategies that optimise utilisation, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a collaborative and inclusive environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage space-related projects across the Faculty. Develop and implement space strategy and accommodation plans. Advise senior stakeholders on space utilisation and project planning. Collaborate with Heads of School, School Managers, Building Managers, Precinct Managers and the Asset Planning Manager. Coordinate with Estate Management on building planning proposals. Qualifications & Skills Relevant tertiary qualification and subsequent experience or equivalent competence. Proven advanced project-management experience with deep understanding of the project life cycle. Excellent consultation, influencing, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, initiative, flexibility and proactive mindset. Advanced written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Experience working collaboratively across multiple levels within an organisation. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Oracle databases and online collaborative applications. Excellent time‑management skills, ability to manage changing priorities. Commitment to UNSW's aims, objectives, values and relevant policies.
