As a Solution Architect, you’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of subscription, billing, and payment platforms across some of Australia’s most iconic brands. About the Role You’ll be responsible for end‑to‑end architecture delivery — from concept and design through to vendor selection, implementation, integration, and migration. Working within a modern Salesforce and cloud environment, this role will partner closely with product, technology, and commercial teams to deliver scalable, customer‑centric solutions. Key Responsibilities Own solution architecture across subscription, billing, and payments domains. Lead the full lifecycle — design, vendor evaluation, integration, and implementation. Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to ensure architectural alignment. Oversee integration between Salesforce and core customer systems. Drive migration strategies to modern, cloud‑based platforms. Document architecture standards and govern solution quality. Skills & Experience Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end solution architecture in enterprise environments. Strong background across Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments systems. Experience with Salesforce (CRM, Marketing Cloud, or Billing). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Cloud integration experience (AWS, APIs, microservices) highly regarded.
