What We’re Looking For: Passion for paediatric OT and supporting children with Autism, sensory processing challenges, motor delays, and trauma. A desire to grow as part of a connected team. Whether you’re just starting out or you’re an experienced OT, we want to support your journey. Registration with AHPRA and relevant OT qualifications. Your First 100 Days You’ll start with a small caseload and grow gradually, allowing you to observe sessions and engage in our structured 0-100 Days onboarding program . This gives you time to truly settle in and develop confidence in your role. We have a bank of videos from our group mentoring sessions to support your learning – you can get a taste of these on our YouTube channel . But the support doesn’t stop at 100 days.
