Construction HSE Advisor – BESS Project | 3:1 Roster | DIDO Only Belayr Resources is seeking an experienced Construction HSE Advisor to join our team on a Project near Murray Bridge, SA. This role suits someone who thrives in fast‑paced construction environments and brings proven safety leadership within the renewable energy sector. About the Role DIDO only – ideal for SA‑based candidates Shared onsite accommodation provided 3:1 roster Oversee day‑to‑day construction HSE requirements across electrical and installation activities Provide hands‑on coaching and safety leadership to supervisors and work crews Conduct audits, inspections, hazard identifications, incident investigations and WHS reporting Support the development and review of JHAs, SWMS, and other safety documentation Drive compliance with project HSE standards, procedures and legislative requirements Foster a strong, proactive safety culture across all work fronts What You’ll Need Proven HSE Advisor experience on renewable energy projects (BESS, solar, wind, battery storage, or similar) – mandatory Experience on construction, civil or infrastructure projects Minimum Cert IV WHS (Diploma highly regarded) Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles Ability to influence safety behaviours and build strong relationships on site Confident working autonomously and engaging with multiple stakeholders Strong reporting, communication and organisational skills Why Join Belayr Resources?
