Workday Financials Senior Principal Consultant

The Senior Principal Consultant will bridge the gap between the business and technical teams by solving complex Workday intersystem problems. They will guide clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday Finance implementation. Key Responsibilities Be a Workday Finance expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation. Reinforce company policies and procedures to others. Drive and make decisions regarding tactical direction of project workstreams. Identify dependencies and support interplay between different workstreams within a project. Lead, mentor, and oversee the work of other Consultants within their projects. Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Core Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Expenses areas. Skills Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. 4+ years of Workday Finance and Procurement or other planning tool implementation experience. 10+ years of experience in ERP consulting; Cloud ERP experience is a plus. Experience with Workday Adaptive Financials (Highly Desirable). Experience with other financial ERP systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle ERP Cloud, etc. Background in financial or supply chain roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record in designing and developing solutions. Experience in gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing solutions under deadlines.
