This includes leadership that optimises multidisciplinary and inter‑departmental cooperation, to efficiently and effectively allocate and manage resources for best patient care. Providing and supporting training to clinicians across relevant disciplines to achieve quality education and safe clinical practice. This includes a lead role in accreditation of training programmes, and in supporting the wellbeing of doctors in training. Where you’ll be working Lismore Base Hospital is a regional referral, Level 5 base hospital providing a wide range of health services to residents in Northern NSW. These services include a state‑of‑the‑art Operating Theatre Suite, Intensive Care/Cardiac Care Unit, General Medical and Surgical Wards, Women’s Care Unit, Paediatric Unit, Renal Unit, Emergency Department, Medical Imaging department and Cardiac Catheter Laboratory. Mental Health Inpatient Units, the North Coast Cancer Institute, Pathology, Pain Management Clinic, and Specialist Outpatient Clinics are also located on the Lismore Base Hospital campus.
