Provisional Psychologist/MH Social Worker/Counsellor We are looking for a dedicated and motivated provisional psychologist/registered psychologist/MH Social Worker/Counsellor to join our thriving allied health practice. 2025 graduates are encouraged to apply early for a start in 2026. We are a small multidisciplinary service that has operated for 15 years in Busselton, focusing on assessment and therapy for autistic children and teens as well as those with developmental and mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and other mental health problems. Provisional psychologists will be trained to deliver both assessments and therapy programmes. We have a vibrant and supportive team that makes the workplace enjoyable. We are a family‑friendly practice with a recently refurbished premise, beautifully designed consulting rooms, ample outdoor space, a sensory gym, gardens, resident chickens and visiting dogs. We offer a flexible work environment but ideally require full‑time availability. During a 5+1 internship you will work alongside other interns and registered psychologists to learn the role and meet AHPRA requirements. We have three board‑approved supervisors on site with extensive experience guiding interns and new graduates. About the practice We are based in the beautiful beach‑side town of Busselton, Western Australia, with a well‑established reputation for excellence in service. We provide services to families from the greater South West area and offer clinic, home, and school‑based services. We have a flexible workplace with the ability to do some work from home. All our clinicians live locally. We go above and beyond with our care and service to support families and facilitate real and lasting change. We provide individualized therapy programmes for children and targeted family support. We also conduct autism diagnostic assessments and other psychometric and mental health assessments. Experience and qualifications required A genuine interest in and experience with children is essential. Additional training can be provided.
