Dynamics 365 CE Lead Functional Consultant Overview Join Our Team as a Dynamics 365 CE Lead Functional Consultant We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Dynamics 365 CE Lead Functional Consultant to join our team. As a D365 CE Lead Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal part in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications tailored to client needs. Your expertise will help organizations realize the full potential of Customer Engagement through innovative business solutions. Responsibilities Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand business processes, objectives, and challenges Translate requirements into clear functional design documents for configuration and customization Configure Dynamics 365 CE — entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and security roles Collaborate with technical teams on customizations and system integrations Deliver end-user training and ongoing support to ensure successful system adoption Participate in system testing by creating and executing test cases Assist with data migration — mapping, cleansing, and import/export activities Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-launch support Stay current on the latest Dynamics 365 CE features, offering strategic recommendations Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality delivery Pre-Sales Support Support pre-sales activities, coaching and mentoring junior team members Validate solutions, costings, and project plans (without direct delivery responsibilities) Requirements Proven experience managing and delivering Dynamics 365 customer engagements, ideally within consulting/professional services Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 and hands-on implementation expertise Excellent leadership skills—able to inspire and guide diverse, cross-functional teams Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client and internal relationships Strong problem-solving, decision-making skills, and a strategic mindset Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications highly desirable Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed Location: Perth, Australia Role Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology Industry: Technology, Information and Internet Benefits Why should you choose HSO ANZ?
