Salary: $77,200 – $80,104 per annum + annual leave loading & superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + potential salary boost up to $10,000. Location: Penrith. Start: February 2026. What You’ll Do Deliver evidence-based therapy in homes, schools, workplaces and communities. Empower participants to overcome barriers and achieve personal goals. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to share ideas and create innovative solutions. Build meaningful relationships that drive positive change with participants. Your First Year Includes Comprehensive induction covering foundational skills and interdisciplinary teamwork. 1:1 clinical supervision from experienced mentors. Structured learning across disciplinary and interdisciplinary modules. Professional development, time management, coaching, and participant engagement. Collaboration with other disciplines.
