Mercury Walch – Full‑time Printing Bindery Operator Mercury Walch is seeking a full‑time Printing Bindery Operator to join our team in Moonah, Tasmania. As a Printing Bindery Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production and finishing of high‑quality printed materials for our diverse range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our Print Shop. This position offers flexible working hours to accommodate work‑life balance. What you’ll be doing Operate a range of bindery equipment such as collators, folders, stitchers, and trimmers to complete the printing process. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain and troubleshoot bindery equipment to ensure optimal performance. Work collaboratively with the printing team to deliver projects on time and to specification. Prioritise tasks and manage your time effectively to meet production deadlines. Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment by following all health and safety procedures. What we’re looking for Minimum 2 years' experience as a Printing Bindery Operator or in a similar role. Proven ability to operate a range of bindery equipment such as collators, folders, stitchers, and trimmers. Strong attention to detail and the ability to inspect finished products for quality. Excellent time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a supportive environment. Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Australian work rights are preferred but visa sponsorship may be considered for exceptional candidates.
