About the Opportunity Bourke Street Green is an outdoor gin and beer garden in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD - Think cocktails showcasing local ingredients, epic Australian craft beers and a contemporary year‑round space. We are currently on the search for experienced and passionate Bar Attendants who are ready for an exciting new challenge where they are encouraged to bring their creativity and bubbly personality to each shift. Key Responsibilities Make and mix drinks including wines, spirits, beers and cocktails Provide great customer service and maintain a clean and hygienic area This is a casual position with a competitive casual rate + weekend and evening penalties.
