Salary Scale: £50,861 – £59,159 per annum, pro rata. Fixed term/secondment up to a year. You will have a self‑generated case load incorporating comprehensive examinations of trauma presentations and make complex clinical decisions to determine the appropriate pathway for the patient (e.g., diagnostics, therapy, or surgical interventions). You may carry out or request clinical investigations or examinations from other disciplines to complete your examination. Ongoing personal and professional development is essential to provide a quality service and is supported through CPD workshops, TURAS appraisal, IST and involvement within the Tayside Practice Development Group. You will be an integral part of the orthopaedic/MSK team with responsibility in teaching both qualified and student staff and be involved with peer review with APP and other Band 7 colleagues. Applicants must be registered with HCPC. The physiotherapy team is a friendly, dynamic, supportive and sociable group with a strong sense of wellbeing for all. The service has won national recognition for innovation and service delivery in recent years and strives to deliver the best service possible through expanding skills and knowledge, streamlining service, providing the best possible patient care and encouraging and nurturing the staff group to develop.
