Full flexibility is required. Job responsibilities Plan and implement care that gives residents security, dignity and independence. Lead a team of Care Assistants and maintain the highest standards of care. Assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager in providing physical and mental stimulation through activities, and administer medication. Maintain accurate records and build strong relationships with the team and residents’ families to deliver personalised care plans. Support residents and colleagues with kindness in all interactions, including helping with mobility aids and end-of-life care needs.
