Career-defining opportunity to join a reputable D365 leader in the APAC region. Report directly to the State GM. This is a high-impact role with the ability to influence critical business decisions.Role OverviewReporting directly to the State Manager, This D365 CE Principal Consultant will be responsible for the full life cycle of the Presales and in charge of the implementation projects. You will provide guidance to the client to maximise their D365 CE and PowerApps capability.This role is perfect for a Technical Consultant looking to step into a Presales role.ResponsibilitiesServe as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), CRM, and Power Apps solutions.Lead and support presales activities, including client presentations, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to identify client requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs.Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on leveraging D365 CE, CRM, and Power Apps to drive business outcomes.Lead consulting engagements, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and post-deployment support.Mentor and train junior consultants to enhance team capabilities and expertise.Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE, CRM, and Power Apps, including configuration, customization, and integration.Proven track record of participating in presales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal developmentStrong understanding of the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem, including Power Platform, SharePoint, and Microsoft Azure.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Demonstrated ability to lead consulting engagements and drive successful project outcomes.Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative team environment.Company, Culture & BenefitsInnovation and Creativity: Innovation is at the heart of everything my client does.
