About the Role Are you looking for a fantastic career opportunity with a vibrant marketing agency in Sydney? Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, working closely to understand their needs and provide solutions. Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and goals to identify opportunities to grow accounts. Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing projects/campaigns, including digital advertising, creatives, influencers, social media, and events. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and prompt resolution of issues. Monitor and report on account performance, including revenue growth, client satisfaction, and retention rates. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitive activity to improve services and stay ahead of the curve. Qualifications 3‑5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or in a relevant role in an agency environment. Proven experience leading client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and driving strategic and executional excellence. 2‑3+ years of proven marketing experience across media buying (digital, social, print, OOH), creative production briefing, and campaign execution. Hands‑on experience managing KOL/influencer marketing, EDMs, and premium events. Excellent planning and time‑management skills, attention to detail, and strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 1‑2 years experience within luxury, automotive, ecommerce/retail environments. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. Full working rights in Australia.
