As Senior Manager, Leadership & Capability Solutions, you’ll lead a team that designs, evaluates, and delivers enterprise-wide leadership and capability programs. These solutions embed Transport’s Five Ways of Leading, build enterprise management capability, and create scalable learning experiences that drive strategic outcomes. Your Impact Strategic Framework Development Develop and embed an Enterprise Learning Framework that ensures governance, consistency, and efficiency while driving role performance through evidence-based learning and behavioural science principles. Build evaluation frameworks that measure solution effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Reduce duplication and optimize learning investment across the organization. Provide enterprise-wide strategic governance for learning activities. Enterprise Leadership and Capability Development Lead design and delivery of enterprise-wide leadership and capability solutions aligned with strategic priorities. Embed Five Ways of Leading behaviours across all organizational levels. Create scalable programs that build leadership, management and enterprise capability. Design solutions from bespoke executive programs to large‑scale frontline manager initiatives. Own the lifecycle management of the enterprise-wide leadership and capability curriculum. Partnership & Advisory Advise and partner with P&C teams, business leaders, and stakeholders to identify and prioritise capability needs. Lead the co‑design of learning solutions aligned with business context and Transport's strategy. Deliver actionable data and insights to stakeholders, demonstrating the business value of solutions. Essential – What You Bring Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide leadership development initiatives at scale. Track record collaborating with senior stakeholders to co‑create large‑scale learning programs. Demonstrated ability aligning learning strategy with business goals and measuring impact. Experience embedding leadership behaviours and building capability across organizational levels. Why Transport?
