What you’ll do Conduct assessments and deliver evidence‑informed interventions. Develop and implement goal‑based therapy plans aligned with NDIS or other funding goals. Collaborate with families, carers, and support networks to build functional capacity. Work flexibly across home, school, community, and remote settings. Manage your schedule and admin from home, while seeing local clients and keeping travel minimal. What you’ll bring Degree in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA). Strong clinical reasoning, adaptability, and proactive communication skills. A genuine passion for empowering people with disability. Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, current Driver’s Licence, and unrestricted working rights in Australia.
