National Display Program Lead: Deliver On-Time Home Showcases

Take up this rare and unique opportunity and move to our MELBOURNE OR GOLD COAST OFFICE and be responsible for managing the pre site production, workflow and compliances for the delivery of our National Display Home Program. Your knowledge within building operations and experience with driving the projects and the teams involved will ensure that all projects are delivered on time and ensure all Metricon displays are first to site, first to open. Reporting to the National Product Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:Contribute to the development of the department’s objectives through management of the display delivery program through to site, and as required to opening Collaborate with Sales and Senior Management to ensure new Display Briefs are complete and algin with business’ national display and product strategy Strategic planning of national display workflow, resourcing, and associated processes Collaborate with senior management across Executive, Building, Sales, Marketing and National Product Development teams Liaise with external suppliers and developers to ensure all objectives are met. Manage and drive the pre-site display delivery ensuring site starts, build stages and openings meet all developer and business contractual milestones and expectations. Oversee and monitor national pre site workflow functions (pre plans, design development, drafting, landscape design, interior design, permits, and estimating) to ensure agreed deliverables are achieved Ensure all documentation and information is comprehensive, complete and current at time of issue Review all proposed changes to display homes under construction based on (a) practically, (b) consistency, (c) cost and (d) time constraints prior to the implementation Ensure regular display status updates including delays/issues are communicated to key stakeholders Work with marketing team to ensure the accuracy and consistency of marketing collateral and documentation; and Conduct weekly reviews of workflow levels within the Display Delivery team and ensure weekly production targets are achieved and a rolling forecast is available. The successful candidate will have:Experience within a technical operational role in the Building and Construction industry (Drafting experience an advantage) Knowledge in building contracts and sales administration Working knowledge of the building and construction process Prior experience in managing projects and workflows Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills Ability to clearly identify needs of the team and generate solutions Intermediate MS Office, Acrobat computer skills; and Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
