Responsibilities Process all claims within your delegated authority. Meet, if not exceed, claim deadline as per our service level agreement. Ensure compliance with relevant service agreements and Codes. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Qualifications Previous claims management experience, ideally some commercial property. Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and manage communication effectively.
