Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document business needs and operational processes. Process Mapping: Produce structured, clear process flows to support system design, development, and decision‑making. User Stories: Create, refine, and maintain user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform project standards. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate and accessible functional documentation for the broader project and technical teams. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a communication bridge between business users and technical/development teams. Collaboration: Work alongside Solution Architects, Senior Functional Consultants, Designers, and Developers throughout the project lifecycle. Agile Delivery: Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute within cross‑functional delivery teams. Testing & Validation: Conduct smoke and functional testing to ensure delivered solutions meet requirements and operate as expected. Training & Support: Assist with the delivery of end‑user training and provide first‑level functional support where needed. Work Item Management: Support management of project boards, dashboards, user story lifecycle, and sprint deliverables. D365 Functional–Technical Support: Assist in reviewing functional (FDD) and technical design (TDD) documents. Support configuration activities including workflows, entities, business rules, and security role updates in D365. Participate in data mapping, solution review, and integration planning sessions with technical teams. Knowledge and Experience Foundational understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations / D365 modules , including configuration, workflows, entities, and basic technical concepts. Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and experience creating or managing simple flows. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into functional requirements. Understanding of D365 environments, solution architecture, and release management processes is beneficial. Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Familiarity with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) or similar analysis frameworks is desirable. Experience in structured, process‑driven project environments is advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
