About the Role As the Senior Manager CI Strategy you'll play a pivotal role in leading the development of the Consumer Insurance strategy ensuring alignment with broader Enterprise strategy and goals. You'll lead structured problem-solving sessions strategic workshops deliver strategic insights and support key planning activities across the business. Key Responsibilities Support the development of Consumer Insurance strategy aligned with Group Strategy. Lead hypothesis-driven problem solving and strategic analysis. Deliver market scans competitor analysis and commercial insights. Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for senior stakeholders including ELT Board and regulators. Design and facilitate outcome driven strategy workshops Lead key components of business planning and track progress against strategic milestones. Provide ad hoc strategic and commercial analysis as required. What You'll Bring 7 years experience in Corporate or Business Unit Strategy including leadership roles. Minimum 5 years in Strategy Consulting at a top-tier firm (preferred). Insurance industry experience is a plus but not essential Proficient analytical financial and strategic problem-solving skills Proficiency in strategic frameworks first principles & structured problem-solving and valuation techniques. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. Expert-level writing (PowerPoint writing) and presentation skills for executive audiences.
