We’d love to hear from Speech Pathologists of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working across both clinic and community settings. #AAAJob Description We are expanding our Speech Pathology team and would love to welcome experienced and dynamic Speech Pathologists eager to be part of a multidisciplinary team and make a difference. Our team assists individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals. No two days will look the same We strive to provide a caseload that includes your experience and interests. We have mixed caseloads covering areas of early intervention including infants 0-12 months; feeding, early language, parent coaching; paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC. We are passionate about supporting you in your journey and have clinical and operational pathways for career progression. Responsibilities Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services. Our Early Years caseload (0-5) – Clinic / Home-based early intervention and parent coaching (including speech sounds, early language, feeding, school-readiness). School-aged children (5-18) – Literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding and AAC assessment and implementation. Adults – Functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia and mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke and acquired brain injury rehabilitation. Neuro-affirming supports to our large neurodivergent population of all age groups. What’s in it for you? Qualifications We are seeking a person who has: Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist. 2+ years of experience as a Speech Pathologist. A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team. A desire to make a real difference within the community. Experience delivering services under the NDIS (preferably). We are looking for people who authentically want to improve the lives of people living with a disability. A team player who is eager to learn from and collaborate within an MDT.
